SKYY Vodka respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at SKYY Vodka’s Web site.

SKYY Vodka collects information through our Web site at several points. We do not collect personal information about primary visitors. We do however, maintain a database of registered users who have voluntarily provided personal information. We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information: IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time information. We collect demographic data in order to gain a better understanding of our target consumer. This information is disclosed by the users browser but cannot be traced back to any specific user. We collect this information through log files and registration forms. Personal information is collected voluntarily. To receive our newsletters, updates, and enter our promotions, registration is mandatory because we must validate the identity of each entrant, and to make it convenient for users to take advantage of multiple services without having to re-enter information. We do employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable SKYY Vodka to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users. Our cookies do have an expiration date. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.
II. Information Usage
The information collected by SKYY Vodka will be used for internal statistical purposes and mailing list purposes only. Users who register will receive the option to receive newsletters, promotion announcements and other special benefits. Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. We may share data with the following third parties: shipping companies, credit card companies for SKYY Merchandise purposes. These third parties will use the information as follows: to ship merchandise and/or promotion winnings to the user and bill for all purchased SKYY Merchandise under the Merchandise section. If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will advise you by revising this document.

SKYY Vodka maintains the accuracy of our information by providing the user the option to update and maintain account information. Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find at http://www.skyy.com/account.
