SAN FRANCISCO (September 25, 2009)—The year 2008 was a monumental one for Skyy Spirits, LLC (www.skyyspirits.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of Gruppo Campari and the definitive marketer and distributor of super-premium and luxury spirits brands in North America. And, that fact has now been recognized by IMPACT Newsletter and Market Watch Magazine, the industry’s top sources for data, trends, and analysis. 2oz Tonic Water
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Ginger Simple Syrup

Combine all except for tonic water in a tall mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain over into a Collins glass with fresh ice and top with tonic water. Garnish with raspberry and blueberry on a pick.

Hail to the Chief
1 ½ oz SKYY Infusions Grape
1 tsp. Raw Sugar
4 slices Fresh Peeled Ginger
4 Blackberries
Top with Ginger Ale

Muddle fresh blackberries, ginger and sugar in a pint glass. Add ice and SKYY Infusions Grape. Shake vigorously and strain into Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with ginger ale and blackberries and candied ginger.

2oz. SKYY Infusions Passion Fruit Vodka
½ oz. Peach Schnapps
2oz. Orange Juice
1oz. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
