MILAN (August 3, 2011) – Gruppo Campari announces it has acquired Brazilian brand Sagatiba®, market leader in the increasingly attractive market of premium cachaça in Brazil. Gruppo Campari had started selling Sagatiba in Latin America under a distribution agreement in March 2010.
